1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph957 ("ph957," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ph957 online gaming platform available at ph957.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. ph957 is licensed to operate in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph957 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph957 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the ph957 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph957 does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph957 reserves the right to amend these thresholds. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash or PayMaya by fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. ph957 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph957 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR directives. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

ph957's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph957 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph957 strives for 99.9% platform uptime, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ph957 Platform shall first be referred to ph957's customer support for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ph957 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ph957 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the ph957 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
